Need help with Luma? Email kamuranofficial@gmail.com and we will get back to you. You can also send a report from inside the app (Settings → Report a concern), which is the fastest route because it attaches your app version, device and language automatically. Your conversations are never attached.

Before you write

Including these makes a problem much quicker to fix:

• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• Roughly when it happened (date and time, with your time zone).
• Your username, and the platform you are on (iOS or Android).
• For anything involving a purchase: the store receipt or order number.

Credits

• Luma uses credits. Sending a message or generating a photo consumes credits, and the cost of each is shown in the app.
• New accounts receive a one-time free allotment.
• A purchase has not arrived? Open Settings → Restore purchases. The app re-checks with the store and credits anything that has not landed yet. If it is still missing after a few minutes, email us with the store receipt.

Luma Plus subscription

• Luma Plus is optional and auto-renewing. Each billing period it adds credits to your account, and unused credits carry over.
• To cancel or change it, use Apple ID account settings on iOS or Google Play → Payments and subscriptions on Android. Only the store can cancel a subscription — we cannot do it for you.
• Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and credits you have already received stay on your account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Your account and data

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time (Settings → Delete account). Deletion is permanent and removes your conversations. What we store and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy.
